Extensive building and refurbishment works comprising of the large-scale fit-out of offices, the extension of the TV gantry, the construction of a training college and administrative offices, and the replacement and renewal of team training facilities at New York Stadium.

Work for Doncaster Culture & Leisure Trust commencing with a refurbishment of the Fitness Village, changing facilities, poolside areas, ice rink, Icebreakers Bar and catering facilities at Doncaster Dome. Dearne Valley Leisure Centre also saw the extension of its car park and the replacement of its changing and shower areas to include the provision of new disabled facilities. Rework of Adwick Leisure Centre, including its offices, sports hall, gym and changing facilities, has also been completed.

A design and build project for a Formula One racing team. Works included the construction of high-tech facilities and a clean atmosphere manufacturing room at headquarters in South Yorkshire, as well as a Formula One research, building and testing unit in Oxfordshire.

The construction of five industrial units including specialist facilities for retail, IT and warehousing.
